- Campus-Wide Video systems for Information Kiosks, etc.
- Campus-Wide Audio systems (Muzak)
- Building Management Systems
- Lighting Control
- Irrigation Control
- Parking Management (Parking Lot Counters)
- Security Systems (Access Control and Intrusion Detection)
- Closed Circuit Television (CCTV)
- Fire Alarm System Central monitoring

Through the WAN, M•Technology, Inc. has made accommodations for all of these disciplines while providing expandability for future requirements.
